Every session meets you exactly where you are and is never the same. I approach our time as not trying to "fix you" but instead meeting you in your inherent wholeness. Before the bodywork treatment, we create an intention and may pull Tarot cards from the Animal Totem deck. We weave your intention(s) and the card to support bringing forth positive inner shifts in your being. This allows you to connect to your healing treatment as a prayer that holds the seeds for the change you want to ignite more fully in your life.

My LMT number in North Carolina is NC10248. I’m a graduate from Crestone Healing Arts Center in Crestone, Colorado in 2001. I intensively studied Jin Shin Do, Acupressure, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Swedish and integrative massage techniques including Reiki 1 & 2. I also studied cranial sacral in Thailand.
I became a certified as an Esalen Massage Practitioner 2017 and did my final practical hours at Esalen Institute and The New Camaldoli Hermitage in Big Sur California.

I work from my home studio in downtown Asheville with off-street parking. The studio is a beautifully appointed Japanese-style design. You enter the open floor plan at the garden level through double, stain-glass doors into an inviting room with a fireplace. A tea table platform separates the living room from the kitchen. The deluxe bathroom has a feel of a Japanese sento with heated floors, a towel bar, and a bidet. A dry, cedar, full-spectrum sauna for client use, a soaking tub, and a shower are available for longer-term guests.

From this place, we can expand our awareness and accept all layers of ourselves that bring us ecstatic pleasure or the parts we consciously/subconsciously suppress and recognize it's all Sacred and serves our human evolution.

In July 2020, I spent the solar eclipse in Tulum, Mexico, with my friend, Joney Lopera. He is an exceptionally talented photographer that works with models & capturing ceremonial events from around the world. We danced, sang, and chanted in the ceremony as the sun set and the moon ascended with brilliant blood orange.
The following day we found ourselves walking down the beach to find a smoothie or cafe to awaken our senses for the day ahead. Instead, we met a shaman sitting on a driftwood chair playing the harmonica from the Sonoran region of Mexico. He played and sang the songs and ceremonies I experienced with the Grandmother plant medicine. As the shaman played, my mind went back to the ceremony. My heart broke open, and my eyes welled up with tears. My friend held me as I cried, and the shaman invited me into the ceremony with the toad medicine-5 MEO DMT.
We set up a blanket on the beach next to the Mayan Temples on the Gulf of Mexico. I humbly asked for a gift I could return to all my healing sessions. In a flash, the animal medicine unlocked its signature song deep in my being. I began embodying the vibration through each breath and tracked its mesmerizing textures and tones in the plants, trees, and vast sky. This sound is the melody of Mother Earth’s creations that unifies all of life. I knew this was the supreme gift I prayed for to bring in my healing offerings.
The vibrational sound healing technique I tone, supports people to access a deep state of trance. It activates the Theta state in the brain without needing any medicines. In this place, the conscious mind and the dream world intersect as one.
